Something may need putting back in properly as may have become loose in shipping. However if everything is working as intended I'm not sure what the cause is

That's for aio coolant which is fine

Make sure the hdmi/display port is plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard

I mean ram could be an issue if loose. Could be gpu not sat right. All sorts of things can come loose in shipping to cause that. Could be a case fan

I would see how it is during a demanding game but if you get any blue screens then that will suggest that the red light is something to check up on

I would probably say the light could be that the gpu was slightly knocked in shipping. Not enough to disconnect but enough to cause an issue to come up. Reseating the gpu may be what fixes it. But someone else may have other ideas
