When I turn on my setup, recently for about 30min this stripe shows up on the screen.
Is this a monitor issue or is my GPU dying?

have you tried it with a different monitor

I have the second monitor one the left that's plugged into the same GPU but it's not showing stripes

Unfortunately that one doesn't have a DP input so I can't test if it's just the port

could it be a stuck pixel or a dent?

Try a different cable first

#

and make sure you gpu drivers are updated
