PC half the time starts up with no RGB lights.

Brought cyber power luxe gaming pc intel i9-11900kf with a 4070, 32gb ram and 650w 80+ PSU.

Cant figure out whats causing it, the wires are firmly attached to motherboard, the motherboard dram light is white when the pc starts then it moves to vga for a few seconds then the lights turn off on the motherboard but the lights dont start on the cpu aio and fans half the time.

The fans are working just not lighting up, brought pc around december last year.

Any advice? tried updating bios, uninstalling and reinstalling the motherboards MSI mystic light and unplugging the wires and reconnecting them to make sure they are firmly in place.

Other notes:
Msi mpg z490 gaming edge wifi atx 10th gen motherboard.

Thought it might be a power supply issue, but the computer runs fine just without the RGB lights on half the time.

It started again without lights today, turned it off and took a break 15 20 minutes.

Came back started back up and lights, but randomly they will sometimes still not light up?

Any advice? Worried it might be power supply or mother board related.

This time no lights and vga light then boot light on motherboard on start up.

Updating the bios will have flashed it to the default settings so maybe there is setting missing. The issue sounds more like a mystic s/w problem after boot.

Do you have any other s/w controlling RGB, iCUE or something similar?

I uninstalled everything else just in case, then uninstalled mystic light too then restarted and reinstalled mystic light just in case something was wrong with it.

The lower half of the motherboard has build in led and the gpu has led but not the cpu aio and fans 👀 should all be set to red too.

Damn took photo through the discord app, might have to open it to see below the gpu has like a rgb element built into mother board thats normally red too.

this is really odd

I mean you probably already gathered that, but what I mean is even the pump header has no RGB

I would contact support and see what they say.

open an admin level CMD prompt and run "sfc /scannow"
