Suspect graphics card is faulty

Hi I bought my PC in February and all was good until yesterday, I was playing and my PC started crashing with what looked like graphics glitches, I've tried to repair, reinstall, roll back and clean install and as soon as it gets to the point where the desktop should load it does the same thing again
