#Bluetooth isn’t working

What device are you trying to pair?
Ps5 controller, iphone 15 and a Xbox controller, none are working
When I put the Xbox and ps5 controller into pair mode my phone picks them up on Bluetooth but nothing comes up on my pc
My phone also can’t find the pc
Have you tried adding a device via the settings?
Yeah
What Bluetooth dongle do you have?
What motherboard do you have
Have you unistalled each of them and then at the top of the tree "Scan for hardware changes"?
I’ve not tried it for all of them just the generic Bluetooth adapter one
It just reinstalls straight away after a restart then does nothing when I press scan for hardware changes
Try downloading a driver for it from gigabytes site
Or see if GCC has it
I hate motherboard software suites
Like armoury crate and whatever MSI call there's these days
Should I update the bios? That’s new I checked a few days ago and it wasn’t there
Been told not to go near the bios lol just makes more problems
No. Never update the bios through software
Okay, how would I go about updating it if that is the problem?
If you want to update the bios download it from gigabytes site. Put it on a USB stick and update it from within the bios
Okay thank you
But I doubt it's the bios
I’ll watch a YouTube tutorial, is it needed or can I leave it for now?
It's not needed
Alright np
I’ll try find a driver on gigabytes site and install it
Hopefully it sorts it cause I can’t see it being anything else
Latest Bluetooth and wireless drivers from there should sort it
Dated July the 9th this year
Easy fix. Seems Windows was Windows and installed the wrong driver
Yeah haha headache over, thanks again
