Hi i have been having problems with my pc since it pretty much got gave to me and sent it back and still having the same problem i think it might be the temp on cpu because i did run a stress test and it went up to 90c when limit is 95c for my cpu i have been having stutters and even freeze/crashes i usually have spotify open and chrome and discord while playing my game (valorant or others games that i have). so i was thinking about getting a better cpu cooler but at the moment my cpu cooler is a air cooler not a water cooling fan. and i was going to get the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III A-RGB 48.82 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler. would my pc be able to do this with no problems or is there something im missing got a ryzen 7600 since i do not know about water cooling pcs or if mine is able to do that
