Likely the new one is DDR5 while the old one has DDR4, DDR5 memory takes a while to start up

i did turn memory training thing on in BIOS which helped me boot quicker

but thats probably about as much of an improvement as you'll get til PC's become easier lol

Might be worth looking up a tutorial on how to turn on memory training for your specific motherboard

If not, you might be able to contact support and they maybe able to guide you through it. Not 100% sure though
