boot faliure (again)

Hi again, it's me with yet another boot failure/windows corruption mid- restart. Could one of you please send me the link for the recovery please as we seem to have lost the USB that had it on 😔

Edit: have just tried a hard restart this morning to no results. It's still refusing to boot from the windows drive
