dim Yellow Light on VGA

When I turn on my PC which I just built. It goes through all the EZ Debug LED lights as normal and goes solid yellow on VGA and passes everything. After it cycled through there is a permanent dim yellow light on the VGA which is less bright then the normal one. Any reason for the case?

Picture looks slightly odd but its basically a very dim yellow/amber light which is odd as VGA light is normally meant to be white.
