Hi, my son has a new cyberpower pc. His headphones used to work fine when plugged in, but now he can’t speak through the headphones. I even bought new headphones, same issue.

I think settings need to adjusted but I’ve tried everything & still not working. Strange it used to work before but now isn’t. Can anyone help please? Thanks
