New Laptop!

Hi, I'm planning on getting a laptop (because I go out a lot more now). I will use this for: games development on roblox and (I am learning unreal engine), gaming (I really love COD, mc, roblox, fortnite, etc), school work, art (for the games so Ideally touchscreen so I can use it like an i-pad), and music production. I've never brought a laptop before so am not sure exactly what to look for all I know is I don't want it to be slow lol. Please help? (my budget is undecided probs half a grand? maybe more)
