PC is goes to Lock Screen

So new problem, in game both my monitors flash off and then goes to the Lock Screen and when I login all applications are closed etc, happens very often while playing games. Not sure what to do about this

are your drivers up to date? what system you have?

Fully updated and it’s a i7 8700k. 2080 and 16 gb 3200mhz ram

I did a soft reset keeping files

Nothing really changed

I’m trying to open bios but my keyboard has decided not to power on in time so can’t really open it
