I have. When I asked why they haven't shipped the order they said the headset is out of stock and it will only come next week. They told me that only after I asked them what the delay was. Then I upgraded the headset and paid extra money for it.

Unfortunately it’s something you’ll have to raise with cyberpower directly

There are official staff who work there in this discord, but as it’s out of hours, they are unlikely to respond

Fingers crossed everything gets rectified 👍
