Probably normal

Goes to sleep, a key is maybe pressed and it ramps back to life

Even if I don't touch my PC and have nothing else running, my monitors will turn on and the fans will ramp up for a few seconds then calm down.

#

Like it's doing it right now for 1-2 seconds and then it went back to being quiet.

Ok, so I just cleaned my PC and the front fans did have a decent amount of dust but all of the dust that was in there , I would say waouldn't have been enough to hinder it's preformance. Turned it back on and it was dead quite, so it might have been some dust build up causing some slight cooling issues.

On a side note, my fans are loud when I play heavy games. I was thinking of making own fan curve just to reduce noise or should I just leave it as it is?
