Go to Task Manager scroll to the bottom and try restart Windows Explorer
See if that works
I already tried it doesn't work
Last thing I can suggest is open command prompt and run command
sfc /scannow
If that doesn't work maybe restart the PC if nothing works reinstall Windows
I have already reinstalled window without success
