Maybe the CPU is faulty then?

Update the bios first, disable XMP

Still persists remount the CPU and check socket

I have updated BIOS yea

XMP not showing in BIOS, DOCP showing in it's place?

Running another test now after enabling PBO and it's going well right now

Cause it's hard to know when you've tightened it too much

Because it's clip based, so it could be that I over turned it and need to loosen it a bit

Yep, I don't like the mounting system either.
Coupled with the fact the AM5 socket is very sensitive to pressure

So it becomes and issue if you over tighten it
