Hii..so did my first ever build today with my dad. Everything was basically fine, except the gpu (4090) was not producing any output on the monitors.

To see if it was a powr issue. I unplugged and replugged the psu.

Then everything switched off.. we believe thr motherboard is fried so we are replacing it. I'm just terrified I broke every other component with it.

I'm gonna try to test them all tomorrow within my dad's pc.

Would just LOVE if someone could give me some piece of mind here.. is there a chance the other components are safe? Or is everything fucked because I'm an idiot.
