I have it on short test it gets up to 100 in few seconds I am not sure if this is normal

could be mount as it the mount that came with pc I was told it was okay to keep on and I can not unscrew it

I had cooler replaced but they sent slight diff one

erm one of there ones I believe and I did not change fans for rad I screwed it same way old one was and same place
