I logged onto my pc and it says that only 16gb is being used rather than 32gb being available.

I had done a windows memory diag.

I have moved the ram sticks to the other slots but computer beeps when starting up when I put it in the working ram slot.

Anything I can do before getting this RMA to see if I can revive this ram.

Try disabling XMP/DOCP in bios
