I dont know how to change the colors or which program to use

I already looked everywhere in the bios and there is nothing about the rgb lightings

Yep Armoury Crate is the software for your motherboard hopefully the fans will get picked up on there 🙏 If not whoever you bought it off probably still has the remote control
