Hi all,

Just got my new pc today and with the ourchase it said I get a free game because of a case I got but no game has arrived or installed ?

Also I was supposed to have Norton anit virus but it's not on there ? Can any one help as this is the first time I have purchased one !

As for the Norton Antivirus, I know it's free for a year or whatever but please don't use it 😅 Windows has a built in Anti virus called Windows Security and that's all you'll need and some common sense to not install dodgy stuff

I have checked for the game code or something but nothing has come through 🤦‍♂️ I will have to contact them Monday!

Also thank you so much for the help with the Anita virus , this is my first pc 🤣 just getting my head round it all

Are you sure you got the free game code? Think that was for bequiet cases

Monitor Cables

If you have a discrete GPU then you need to plug your monitor cable into the graphics card, not the motherboard. This can be found on the Quick Start Guide which was emailed to you, or you can download it with the /tag guide command.
