I'm struggling to connect my controller either wired or blue tooth. I've got a genuine Xbox controller plugged in by USB tried in both ports and wireless and it either doesn't recognise and disconnects or doesn't even say I can connect

There is an antenna in the envelope, did you connect it to the back of the pc?
