CPU Cooler Suggestions

so i have the stock intel cooler rn and i wanna upgrade it but i specifically need one that only requires ONE 4 pin connector that goes in the CPU fan part of the motherboard, its a old motherboard i think so i don’t really have a choice so if anyone knows any good ones that uses that it would help a lot thanks!

i have it currently and can say my cpu never goes above 74

i dont have any overclock
