You just need to download your WiFi driver on a usb stick now and then plug the usb stick in to the PC and install the driver that way

#

So if you can borrow someone’s laptop to download the driver on or a work PC or something

The WiFi driver should be an .exe file

So you could make a new folder on the usb and just call it Driver or whatever and save it in there

You'll just have to contact support at this point, list everything you've tried and explain the issue from the 3DMark test everything looks normal and even fresh install of Windows and drivers hasn't helped
