#Recommendation For New SSD?

Hi all.
One of the things I should have done, is opt for more storage when my machine was made back in August. But alas, I didn't and now need to add additional storgae. Can anyone recommend what would be best for this machine please? Specs below.

Hi, do you want to install the SSD yourself?

Depends what you want to spend, how much capacity and what you want to use it for, SSD will be cheaper per TB so you could get a Samsung SSD and connect it up, a NVME could be just slotted onto the mobo I imagine

Yeah, happy to do it myself... it's just for the extra storage as it's needed now for all sorts of stuff. Games, photos, music etc.

@zenith nimbus don't mind spending £150-£200 or so, I was thinking a Samsung or a Toshiba seem to have good reviews... maybe a 3TB job seems in that price point. Just wondering if there is anything to be aware of for my rig as I am a bit of a noob.

4TB Samsung SSD is a good shout, should be easy to mount and install

Don't think they do 3TB NVMes, as said above, go 4TB
