I use brave, and never had that happen to me..? That is weird, not gonna lie, when you get the white flashes check task manager and check what is using the gpu and how much

I get black on mine, just a windows issue

But lets go through the basics, do you have another cable around? Try swapping the cable and see if the problem persists, if so, if you have another monitor ot tv try and hook your pc with that and see if you get the same problem

I also find it would happen if I used windowed borderless on games

you can change the task bar back to how it used to be. Also 11 looks a lot cleaner I find 10 almost looks low res in comparison
