Does your PC have wifi?
I mean I see this:
Yes
I don’t even have one…
What is your PC?
The one you’ve built for me before:
Ah great
Looks great, unfortunately, I don't think that has WiFi
Can I send over a link on amazon?
Yes sirr
Archer T2U Plus is the High-Speed Dual-Band Adapter for Better Connections. The Archer T2U Plus receives Wi-Fi signals on two separate bands. 256QAM support increases the 2.4 GHz data rate from 150 Mbps to 200 Mbps, delivering 33% faster performance. 200 Mbps speeds on the 2.4 GHz band is perfect...
Is not ideal, but that will do you fine!
So once I plug that into the pc it’ll run smoothly or decently 🤔
How come it can’t connect to my home wifi though
Some motherboards/PCs don't include wifi, just a cost saving thing.
F
Yeah, that should do fine though.
Ehhh, I guess so 🫠
Funny question, you’ve got another link to an Ethernet cable which would make it preform more better, 🤔
Ok I’ve just some videos on how it works and I’ll consider it 👍🏾
Alright 👏🏾… i think I’ll buy the wifi adapter with the link above but consider the powerline adapter for the future 👁️
👍
@safe reef Would there be a minor or major difference if I was to buy a AC1300 instead of the AC600 🤔
What are your internet speeds?
How do I check that
Virgin media
Yeah, speeds?
Where do I find that info?
On your phone do a speedtest.net
Results with this
No difference then 🙂
Alright the AC600 it is 👏🏾
Lets gooo!
Yes
I’m connecting my ps4 controller to the pc however the cable doesn’t “recognise it” 🤔, does this mean I have to buy a certain cable for it?
Strange…
Is it cuz the motherboard doesn’t have a Bluetooth adapter 🤔
If it's getting connected via a physical cable, it wouldn't need a bluetooth adaptere
I’m connecting it to this cable but it won’t allow it to fully connect, I just hear some beeps
it cannot be any charging cable, needs to be one that allows data to passthrough
the original from the controller should work, or usually any original phone charger (they tend to be slightly thicker than the plain charging cables)
You’re right, I managed to connect it, it was just playing about for some reason but I’ll probably purchase a separate one for backup 👍🏾
i have had that issue too many times, so i always keep the original charger no mater what ahahah
but mine is starting to go :c same with the controller
try not to bend it as much ig, that's the main issue i've had with the chargers/cables
