hello, your best bet is probably to contact CPUK by phone or a support ticket on their site I believe
Was it a custom build or a prebuilt?
If they did have to swap out a card, they would contact you first.
Mudkip they don't have to swap out the card

Its in your invoice - that is what you are recieving unless they contact you.
Yeah they'll change the configs all the time to give the best value
