#RMA - DPD not recognising consignment number

That consignment number will most likely only become active once DPD has collected it,
as that's when it becomes "active"

Honestly that side of thing I don't know, I've personally never had DPD collections, but times when I've had Amazon returns, it's Evri, and they just show up and take the item
All I can really say is wait until the morning, and see if you get the text, or they may just show up
Unfortunately that is Cyberpower done until Monday.
All will be resolved!
Sadly, the fulfilment part is on CPUK, I can't do much else but emotional support 😦

All systems work fine until maybe something in transit happens
then it goes down a rabbit hole
They usually don't.
DPD corresponds whenever it suits them,
