:tada: Congrats @lucid marten, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
If you have a discrete GPU then you need to plug your monitor cable into the graphics card, not the motherboard. This can be found on the Quick Start Guide which was emailed to you, or you can download it with the /tag guide command.
Check that you are doing this properly first.
Yeah I’ve done this all right, it was working fine yesterday but I took out the hdmi to plug into another console and put it back in today and now this has happened
Ah.
It’s happened before but fixed itself pretty quick, this is the longest it’s happened before
Doesn’t seem to have fixed it
Hmm
Normally when I switch my pc on it beeps and everything comes on, but now I don’t hear the beeps
Only things that come on are the rgb and a white light on the motherboard
You just reseat your GPU, can I see?
Might be a weird case of a GPU kicking the bucket
What is your CPU?
It’s an Amd ryzen 5 5600g
That should have intergrated graphics
Could always try the intergrated to see if its a GPU issue

This is how it’s plugged in, not sure if that’s what u mean, this is how it’s been plugged in since the day I got my pc
Huh..
You said you did it right.
Just tried that and still no signal
Restart the PC
Doesn’t seem to work
I’ve tried plugging my keyboard and mouse into the usb slots on the top of my pc too and that doesn’t even work
Contact support. Im clueless, sorry.
Were you always using the ports on the motherboard rather than use those?
have these ever been used?

No I’ve never plugged anything into those until now
:tada: Congrats @lucid marten, you levelled up to 3! :tada:
I wonder, did you do any gaming on the machine?
You wouldn't of gotten anything good out of the IGPU.
Yeah I’ve been using my pc strictly for gaming the way it is for nearly a year now
Ouch
Well, when you get it resolved, its going to be night and day.
Always use that GPU!
I haven’t screwed up the motherboard have I?
The way I’ve had it hasn’t damaged anything?
Oh no, that doesn't do anything
It's just PCs doing PC things
Oh ok
Thanks for your help up until now, I’ve submitted a form, hopefully I can get this resolved !
Hope it all goes well!
Say... it's a HUGE long shot, but PCs being PCs, it's not entirely off the table, Have you tried reseating RAM?
How many sticks do you have? Try booting with just one in the first slot
Did you fix this?
I got the same problem rn already removed the cmos battery and left it while the pc was off for like 30 minutes and reseated the ram a few times
I also checked for loose cords and made sure that the cords below my graphics card are plugged in
My headphones also get power when i plug them in but my mouse or keyboard wont at all
:tada: Congrats @bronze crypt, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
I have the same problem
When it happened to me the first time i removed the cmos battery and messed with the ram a bit and i was good
