I believe when the pc arrives, the pc will have a specific order number on it. If you contact support with that order number, they can look it up and tell you the ram that it has and can either sell you an extra stick, or give you other options
It’s never recommended to mix different ram kits, so the cheaper option would be to buy a second 8GB ram stick from cyberpower directly, or buy a completely different 16gb kit, and use that without the 8GB stick that it comes with
