If not you could consider moving up to a 4070 which performs on a similar level to the 3080 with the new tech

After that I'd strongly consider getting some faster RAM

You would replace your motherboard, CPU, and RAM for any performance gains

I would get a 14700F and B760 combo with some DDR5
