I have a ryzen 5 5600x and NZXT Kraken

For about a month now my CPU is overheating with 60-70 degrees idle and capped at 96 degrees when gaming. My case fans are working at the highest rpm and the AIO pump seems to being running at high rpm too [nzxt cam image below].

When I load up my PC, there is a warning "CPU overheating alert! Please check CPU cooler is firmly attached and working properly." [view image below] The cooler seems to be attached and working fine as one of the tubes is warmer than the other.

Any solutions to this?
