looking to upgrade PC - advice?

Current PC has the following spec’s:
Prosessorr: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(fM) i7-11700 @ 2.50GH2
DRAM: 16G
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

I would like to understand whether this will be better than my currently PC and be able to smoothly run Warzone and streaming to twitch/kick at the same time please and the average frame rate i could expect ?

Open to any other suggestions but my budget is set to £1.5k.

If I be honest, this isn't much of an upgrade, what I would do is fit in a 4070ti
