Bought some new ram it's fully compatible with the motherboard but it won't click and the latch won't fully close. It's also loose. The original ram that came with the pc also won't close inside it properly either

You probably haven't unclipped the latch and pushed hard enough

They go in, you are also maybe putting them in the wrong way

I got this off amazon as it was at the top of the list with alot of reviews

Got the pc recently too

Also checked compatability and it was fine on pc part picker

When I took the ram out it didn't take any effort it just came out

Put the ram stick in bottom first then slide it into the latch

It's been funny the whole week
