You probably haven't unclipped the latch and pushed hard enough
They go in, you are also maybe putting them in the wrong way
What mobo and what kit of ram?
And pictures
If you bought ddr5 with a ddr4 motherboard 😬
Random one, but is it DDR4 or DDR5 ram
It's ddr4 and a ddr4 motherboard
I dont watch to push it down hard and break something
I got this off amazon as it was at the top of the list with alot of reviews
Got the pc recently too
Also checked compatability and it was fine on pc part picker
Most likely
Things don't just not click in
Take it out and show pictures of pins/ position you put it in
I know I fully unclipped it and it auto closes to that
My pc only has one clip
On the ram thing
Theres two
:tada: Congrats @bold hamlet, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
Would it be something that was broken when it was built?
No
When I took the ram out it didn't take any effort it just came out
If I put the old ram back in it then it doesn't close
its probably getting stuck here
What should I do
Don't that still nope
Done*
It's fighting to stay out
If I keep one side out it clips just fine
But it won't clip with both ends in
@fossil wing it booted upto this?
:tada: Congrats @bold hamlet, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
The ram went in
Uh oh
No its just the RAM
I don't know what you are doing though
You have to be doing something extemely incorrect
It's my monitor
👍
It's been funny the whole week
I plugged it into my TV and it boots to the start
Only had this monitor for 3 weeks and it's already buggered
Cost 200 quid too
Dang
