I got a brand new PC and after i play games for about 10 minutes the PC turns off. After it turns off the PC goes in to a cycle of turning on and off. I checked and every cable is plugged in correctly .

Furmark GPU Stress Testing

:one: Open the link below, choose latest version on the left, then click the Orange Download button.
:two: Open up the file you just downloaded, accept the license agreement and continue through the setup.
:three: Uncheck 'Launch FurMark release notes', leave 'Launch FurMark' checked, and click Finish.
:four: Leave everything on the defaults, select 'GPU Stress Test', and allow that to run for two hours.
:exclamation: If your PC freezes or crashes while running the test, or the two hours are up, let us know.

unreal ore
#

do this

#

Leave it going for 20 minutes

uncut arrow
#

It will Turn off after about 10

unreal ore

uncut arrow

unreal ore
#

Things can happen in transit or just normal weird stuff

#

The builder can never know if its defective if it worked for the stress test for about 2 days

uncut arrow
#

Does cyberpower take PC back and fix it or give you new ones?

unreal ore
#

Depends

#

Usually its a part swap

#

(new stuff)

uncut arrow
#

Ok

#

This happens after a bit of playing

unreal ore
#

Oh uh

#

OCP

uncut arrow
#

unreal ore
#

Over current protection

#

uncut arrow

#

unreal ore
#

terse solarBOT
#

cprgbglitch :tada: Congrats @uncut arrow, you levelled up to 2! :tada: cprgbglitch

unborn bison
#

If you're in UK mainland, yes

uncut arrow
#

Im in london

unborn bison
#

Then yes,

uncut arrow
#

Should i e-mail them

unborn bison
#

Yeah if you email them with your order number and explain the situation that there is a clicking when the PC turns itself off

uncut arrow
#

Ok thank you a lot

unreal ore
#

No worries

unborn bison
uncut arrow
#

I sent the e-mail and a video of the problem. Hopefully they fix it .

unborn bison
#

It'll most likely have to be a RMA, but they'll speak you through that if it comes to it

uncut arrow
#

What is a RMA

unborn bison
#

RMA is term for "Return Merchandise Authorisation" basically it'll go back to CyberPower and they'll troubleshoot and solve the problems in house, and then ship it back

#

You have warranty as standard, so all of this is covered

uncut arrow
#

Ok

#

Ye do we have to Put the PC back how it came

unborn bison
#

Yeah, hopefully you've kept it all, the boxes and the interior packaging too,

uncut arrow
#

Ye we have

#

So we have to pack it and they will come take it back to their factory and fix it and ship it back ?

unborn bison
#

Not yet, but if it does come to the RMA stage, that's the process yes, They'll arrange for a courier to collect it and send it to them, they'll fix it and then ship it back to you

#

Turn around is normally a few days if there is no complex issues

uncut arrow
#

Do we have to add all the things that came with the PC like the instructions and other things like that ?

unborn bison
#

iirc, it's just the PC needed, power cord etc you keep that

uncut arrow
#

Ok

#

Thank you

unborn bison
#

I've never had to RMA, but @unreal ore should be able to confirm

#

I'm sure he sent back enough via AMD

uncut arrow
#

Ok

unreal ore
#

Just the PC and the foam inside with sufficient packaging

#

the little cover is optimal but sometimes I forget

#
#

this is £1400

unborn bison
#

wait its from amazon

#

is it a RMA or is it a return?

unreal ore
#

Just get a refund - then buy one

unreal ore
#

easier

unborn bison
#

Yeah, @uncut arrow might be easier to return the system to Amazon,

#

instead of going through RMA process

uncut arrow
#

I will see what they reply with

#

And then decide

#

Thanks for telling all of this to me

unborn bison
#

No worries, but it will most likely be better going back via Amazon, and then purchasing a new system, quicker turnaround, but do what you feel is right

uncut arrow
#

Ok

uncut arrow
#

Do you Guys know how long that proces will take of them taking the PC

unborn bison
#

They won't be in the office until Monday, but RMA can take awhile depending on the issue

#

Which is why we're suggesting just returning the computer to Amazon, and they'll refund you
