assuming one of these?
Yes it is this one
:tada: Congrats @uncut arrow, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
Do you know a way to fix it ?
Hmm
:one: Open the link below, choose latest version on the left, then click the Orange Download button.
:two: Open up the file you just downloaded, accept the license agreement and continue through the setup.
:three: Uncheck 'Launch FurMark release notes', leave 'Launch FurMark' checked, and click Finish.
:four: Leave everything on the defaults, select 'GPU Stress Test', and allow that to run for two hours.
:exclamation: If your PC freezes or crashes while running the test, or the two hours are up, let us know.
It will Turn off after about 10
It a brand new PC
Im aware
Got it on thursday and problems started on friday
Things can happen in transit or just normal weird stuff
The builder can never know if its defective if it worked for the stress test for about 2 days
Does cyberpower take PC back and fix it or give you new ones?
What is that?

Please ensure to include as much information about your query as possible, and ensure to include your order number if you require after-sales support.
Please don't be afraid to contact them, they sort you out good!
Unless, can you take a picture of the back where the PSU cable goes in?
The big cable at the bottom
Fiurther down
What replacment ?
Email with order number at the back
They will sort it out
you don't need to do anything but explain the PC is broken and it has a click when it suddenly turns off
Will they come and pick it up
:tada: Congrats @uncut arrow, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
If you're in UK mainland, yes
Im in london
Then yes,
Should i e-mail them
Yeah if you email them with your order number and explain the situation that there is a clicking when the PC turns itself off
Ok thank you a lot
No worries

I sent the e-mail and a video of the problem. Hopefully they fix it .
It'll most likely have to be a RMA, but they'll speak you through that if it comes to it
What is a RMA
RMA is term for "Return Merchandise Authorisation" basically it'll go back to CyberPower and they'll troubleshoot and solve the problems in house, and then ship it back
You have warranty as standard, so all of this is covered
Yeah, hopefully you've kept it all, the boxes and the interior packaging too,
Ye we have
So we have to pack it and they will come take it back to their factory and fix it and ship it back ?
Not yet, but if it does come to the RMA stage, that's the process yes, They'll arrange for a courier to collect it and send it to them, they'll fix it and then ship it back to you
Turn around is normally a few days if there is no complex issues
Do we have to add all the things that came with the PC like the instructions and other things like that ?
iirc, it's just the PC needed, power cord etc you keep that
I've never had to RMA, but @unreal ore should be able to confirm
I'm sure he sent back enough via AMD
Ok
Just the PC and the foam inside with sufficient packaging
the little cover is optimal but sometimes I forget

this is £1400
Just get a refund - then buy one
Yeah, @uncut arrow might be easier to return the system to Amazon,
instead of going through RMA process
I will see what they reply with
And then decide
Thanks for telling all of this to me
No worries, but it will most likely be better going back via Amazon, and then purchasing a new system, quicker turnaround, but do what you feel is right
Ok
Do you Guys know how long that proces will take of them taking the PC
