I hold down the power to force shutdown and since then my pc keeps on restarting and goes to the loading and it freezes then eventually it goes to recovery mode. I recently reset my pc to see if that would help but it doesn’t.

Did you reset it via the option on the blue recovery menu or did you try doing a fresh re-install with a USB stick?
