#Performance issues

I have recently download VMbox for testing things out but it didnt work out so i had to delete it. After that my pc has had some performance issues with crashing, framedrops and freezing.

I have cleaned my pc about 3 weeks ago but it was a basic clean. I have tried to clean my SSD but it still didnt help so i need some support.

Please guys help a fellow gamer out

I would try running a 3DMark demo benchmark and see what results you get. Once it's finished, click the Compare Results Online button and post the link in here
