I recently bought a Cybpower PC, everything has been great, customer service and PC performance included, aside from one small gripe - I plugged in a USB microphone to one of the front USB inputs, when pulling the USB out, some of the internal black plastic came out with the microphone input plug. Whilst I was slighly irritated I didn't think much beyond the fact that I have another 6 or so functioning USBs. However a day or so later I see an error message when loading up my Computer ' Over Current have been detected on your USB device!! System will shut down after 15 seconds to protect your main board' I then suspected my frontal USB was the issue, and unplugged it from the motherboard - whilst the issue is resolved for the time being, I'm pretty disappointed that this has happened - especially after just a week or so of use, and believe me I'm careful with this PC - there was no forceful USB plugging in on my part - can only think that the case itself, or the installation can have been faulty. Would appreciate any advice on next steps.
