#Pc fans rgb not working and back panel wont come off

Basically im pretty sure my fan connections arent in properly and i need to get them so i take the screws off at the back to get to the fan connection wires but the thing is theres this one specific screw that wont come off. im unscrewing it and it spins but it doesnt come out so my back panel cant come off therefore i cant fix it. also i used to have a fix but its most likely not good for the pc. fi you bash the pc in the right place it goes into place then comes out after like 2 hours (i dont do that anymore lol) what can i do to help the back panel come off and fix the fan connections? also the rgb only flashes red and turns off every second then comes back on. Any help is appreciated
