Hello, my PC has had seemingly random issues since it arrived from cyberpower.
Minor things at first like game crashes. Then I could only get it to boot by using -3 turbo offset on p cores. But over last few months my windows install has become corrupted a few times.
Today upon attempting another reinstall via USB it failed with BSOD and this garbled message.
Now windows fails to install at all.
I have 2x m.2 ssd and it fails regardless of which one I use.
Usb was created using windows media creation tool and then later using rufus when that failed.

1 stick of ram at a time does not help. Nor does a complete format.

Chkdsk causes BSOD. Sfc scan now finds errors but crashes on reboot. DISM/RESTORE-health also causes BSOD.

I have never come across this so maybe you can keep the thread open but I doubt anything will fix this

One of those annoying issues that randomly fixed itself up until now so was almost impossible to diagnose.
I'm somewhat pleased it's finally died at least then I won't have to run hours of benchmarks to troubleshoot for support aha
