Hello, I bought a PC from cyber power which came today.

Everything was fine , packaging was perfect and boot up was perfect, I was using it for about 1-2 hours and even played a game on it.

Suddenly out of nowhere the screen went black whilst i was playing, i could hear my friend on discord for about 15 more seconds whilst the screen went black and then all sound went.

After this i turned the PC off and On and suddenly beeping started happening (video below) I have no idea what this means, after a few times of me turning it off and on the beeping noise has completely gone , PC still seems to be working as all fans are spinning and all RGB works but for whatever reason , there is no display detected.

I noticed on the motherboard there is a white light on VGA , I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but i read online it can be a cause.

I’m just very frustrated as i literally used it for 2 hours , I would understand a week or a month after receiving it but 2 hours? I’m new to this stuff so i’m just confused and now customer service is shut till Tuesday.

I’ve seen some of the recommended solutions to fix the problem like CMOS, but I have no idea how to take apart stuff when it comes to a PC and i don’t want to make the problem worse and lose the warranty so it’s looking like I have to send it in for repairs.

What would you guys recommend me to do because It’s a very expensive thing and i feel confused with it all right now

Also yes, I have plugged the HDMI into the GPU and not into integrated graphics

I have tried the RAM, i’ve tried to uninstall one stick and launch it with one but no display still.

Would changing the order of slots potentially help? I’ve been told by others it’s a GPU problem not a ram problem

Should be in 2 and 4, sometimes the ram can affect GPU, same as the cmos, and same as certain SSD's

#

Its better to try do everything first to figure out the problem

The problem is, as much as i want to do this i don’t want to mess anything up and ruin my warranty, do you recommend for me to just wait till Tuesday and call you guys and potentially send it in for repairs ?

It’s just frustrating because i didn’t even get to use it for more than 2 hours before it stopped working

Yeah that would probably be best if you're worried, and electronic components can have issues at any time, it is a shame that it was so quick, hopefully its nothing too bad and we can get it sorted
