Thanks for the reply, if you mean sfc /scannow I tried multiple times and it says everything is fine
One notable thing is that clicking the 'device security' > 'go to settings' button, it tells me the page is not available
And after reading online I see a lot regarding a bug with recent Windows updates and having to change something in the bios, however there were multiple different ways and I didn't understand most
