Hello again guys, I wanted to make a final post explaining the whole thing.
I first ordered my pc along with a zowie 240hz monitor, and when I turned it on the screen worked but after changing refresh rate to 240hz playing shutting down and on again the monitor started displaying no signal detected error. After this the PC went back to you guys and got fixed for another restart crash loop error. I bought and tried with a new asus monitor but the same problem continues. The only way I can make the monitor work is somehow changing the refresh rate to 60 when i open it and then to 240hz for continued use this is so weird i really dont know what to do. It works fine right now but for future reference I would like some assistance for a permanent solution.
