Not sure why, but my memory usage is always reaching 50-100% and causes any editing software I use to crash.
I use HitFIlm and just began using After Effects and in both software it's always unstable.
I have a 4090 SUPRIM GPU
i9-13900k CPU
32GB RAM
So under normal circumstances it shouldn't really be possible for me to run out of RAM as I was able to edit the same videos on my old computer which had an AMD Ryzen 3900x, and a 2070 Super GPU.

have check the encoding or whatever its called to render? maxing usage isn't bad, meaning its rendering quicker

The problem is that my software crashes when I generally use it, and when I export. I just tried to use After Effects for the first time, and after placing my footage in the timeline on max quality, it was already using 93% of my memory and After Effects wouldn't let me continue. In HitFilm I never manage to export a 4k video without receiving memory errors.
