Don't try update bios
Its not the issue
If you have a discrete GPU then you need to plug your monitor cable into the graphics card, not the motherboard. This can be found on the Quick Start Guide which was emailed to you, or you can download it with the /tag guide command.
:one: Shut down your PC and unplug the power cord from the wall.
:two: Locate the CMOS battery (see the image below). On some motherboards, you may have to remove the graphics card in order to access it.
:three: Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard by pressing down on the clip and pulling the battery out.
:four: Hold down the case power button for three seconds while your PC is unplugged.
:five: Install the CMOS battery back into the motherboard and plug the power cord back into the wall.
:six: Plug in and turn on your PC.
A video guide is also available below
Do that in order
the bios says its F7
i tried doing these
nothing worked
so it posts?
after trying these the pc had the restart loop error and i had to send it back to you guys
the monitor turns on
works 5 seconds

i bought hdmi cable

yesterday i played with the monitor for 8-9 hours
straight
I dont understand how this came to be a sudden issue

perf here is the story
25 march I get my order pc and monitor
the monitor is set to 60hz on default, i change it to 240hz play for 6-7 hours everything perfect
i shut it off and on after a while then the monitor turns on, works for 5 seconds then I get a black screen and no signal detected error
Actually it sounds like a weird issue
I had this and I concluded it could be a memory controller from the cpu
can you remove a stick of ram and see if it works flawlessly?
I didn't they did xD
well yeah
they told me it was fine and at first it worked properly
the pc is working all good now i dont think that is the problem
but like after all that the pc crashed and had to be fixed
and now it happens again?
this is crazy dude
I couldnt play with this PC properly since march 25th lmao
well yeah if not update the bios any other suggestions?
because I ran a memory test on the rams before, and they were replaced and checked when the pc went to cyberpower
As in the bios boots?
Ok
Do you get any beeps when trying to turn the pc on?
the pc turned on yesterday fine
it came back friom you guys
i played with it the whole day
after shutting it off and on again this error occured
it seems like this is monitor related but like then why did it work in the first place
Guessing you've tried resetting the cmos?
bios update wont fix this right
I tried that the time I ordered the pc for the first time, it did not fix it
then i tried everything rams removing memtest etc
the started crashing
then yiu guys fixed it and i got it back yesterday
this is the exact same problem i had before
Whats the problem???
The crashing error was fixed so irs not a problem anymore
Sorry if i got you confused
Im bad at explaining things i think of like 5 things
Did you remove a stick of ram?
Yes im doing it now!

the problem is with the no signal error

Why does my monitor show no signal?
I tried everything except this
I dont know what else to do
I didnt remove the ram i was about to
I just went to the bios then switched the keyboard turn on setting
Then it started working??
Im checking the gpu drivers etc
