Ooo could be a couple things. First I’d check if your drivers are up to date

Download GeForce experience if it’s an nvidia GPU and check the drivers tab

its potentially going to be a hardware issue with the GPU - How long have you had the PC? @languid zephyr

i would recommend contacting tech support which will be on tuesday now

and checking if its a hardware issue / needing replaced under warranty, since you have used professional services elsewhere i'm not sure what the details would be
