Soo I brought some headphones steel series but my pc all of a sudden has stopped audio to the mic

I can either choose to listen to audio or to use the mic it won’t let me use both

When you plug in the headset is it usb? And if it isn't when you plug it in to the headphone jacks, are there two? Are you plugging into the back or the front and are you using a splitter?

Every headset has one jack
