Can you boot into BIOS? Spam delete when you turn the PC on
I can try doing this now
I got into bios screen before i can try again
What do i do when i boot into bios
If customer support will send a new SSD that should solve it nice and easy!
I would suggest a full reinstall of windows
but you'd need another PC to download windows from
I got a mac : p
:tada: Congrats @small karma, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
Did you get into diskpart and run list disk?
and you're gonna do a fresh install and dont mind if your 1tb disk gets wiped?
I got this pc 2 days ago
I only downloaded discord and overwatch lmao
Sorry 4 days ago
I havent gotten to use it
and im guessing you're using a ~60gb drive for the installer?
@fathom crane hello
So for the past couple hours ive been chatting with a community member sythen, he is a computer technician or 21 years and also a helper at the aorus discord, i removed rams individually and tested all the slots
The slots seem to work fine when i place a ram stick individually and ran memory tests
However when i placed 2 ram sticks or more the memory test fails
All the sticks work individually
The slots doesnt work with multiple sticks
I still keep on getting the crashing error etc that hasnt been fixed
Sythen also asserted that the problem is a “memory controller” issue
I dont know what that means 😂 but this is all i could gather from what ive tried out so far
His discord ID is Sythen#9730
Best to email tech support and they can organise something
