#Trouble connecting monitor to pc

Hello, I just got my order today for the pc along with the monitor in the pictures. I tried to connect them using the DP cable that came out of the monitor’s box, I double checked everything the cable is in 100%, i tried connecting to the graphics card also the DP entry (obviously) however I keep getting the error no signal found can anyone help?

Hey i tried and didnt work unfortunately

I called the amazon tech support for the monitor

#

They said that there might be a problem with the pc being connected to a monitor for the first time or something of sorts
